Module 2: Assess Occupational Competence in the Work Environment:

• Assess Vocational Skills, Knowledge, and Understanding:

• Portfolio of Evidence: Learners must compile a portfolio that demonstrates their ability to assess learners across different environments using various assessment methods.
• Practical Assessments: Learners will be observed conducting assessments in both workplace and vocational environments to demonstrate competence in real-world scenarios.

• There are no specific qualifications required for entry, but experience in a vocational field or prior teaching or training experience is beneficial.

Upon completion of the course, learners can:

• Work in roles such as Apprenticeship Assessor, Workplace Trainer, or Internal Verifier.

The course includes 84 guided learning hours (GLH) with a total qualification time (TQT) of 150 hours. Learners typically complete the course within 3 to 6 months, depending on their pace and work commitments.
